OXFORD JCT. - Funeral services for Nicholas Cook, 90, who died early Monday, March 14, in the Oxford Jct. nursing home, were held March 16 at Hayden funeral home with the Rev. Ramon Booth officiating. Burial was in Mayflower cemetery.

Mr. Cook was born Jan. 3, 1876 at Calamus, the son of Dr. Frank and Mary Cook. He was married to Altha Hargrave, who later died. In 1933 he was married to Gertrude Leamon, who died in 1960. He was employed by the Milwaukee railroad until his retirement.

Survivors include one son, Wilbur of Waterloo; two daughters, Mrs. Winifred Jubek of Waterloo and Mrs. Marjorie Eckersley of California; one step-daughter, Mrs. Genevieve Fey of Massillon and several grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by one son, Leroy.
