CENTER JCT. - Funeral services for Ella Rebbecca Krutzfield, 79, were held Sept. 21 at St. John's Lutheran church in Olin. The Rev. Roger Hoppenworth officiated. Burial was in the Olin cemetery.

Mrs. Krutzfield died Sept. 18 at University hospital, Iowa City, where she had been a patient since Aug. 25 with a broken hip. She was born Oct. 9, 1885 in Madison township, the daughter of Fredrick and Marie Petersen Sieveka. She graduated from Wyoming high school and attended State Teachers college at Cedar Falls. She taught in rural school in Jones county for about 15 years.

She was married to Fredrick Krutzfield, Lost Nation, on Dec. 3, 1919 at Wyoming. They lived on farms in the Olin area. Her husband preceded her in death.

She is survived by three sons, Richard and Robert of Center Jct. and Donald of Wyoming and nine grandchildren.
