WYOMING - Memorial services were held in Cedar Rapids for Richard Frank Smchek, 48. Burial was in Wyoming cemetery where military services were conducted by the Wyoming American Legion Post.

He was a veteran of World War II and a mail carrier in Cleveland, Ohio, until ill health forced his retirement five years ago.

His mother was the former Anna Anderson of Wyoming. He has numerous relatives in the Wyoming and Monticello communities.
