ANAMOSA - Hank Tobias Siebels, 72, died at his home Tuesday morning, May 4, following a heart attack. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. from St. Paul's Lutheran church in Anamosa with the Rev. LaVerne C. Beener officiating. Burial will be at Wayne Zion cemetery near Monticello.

Born Nov. 18, 1892 in Wayne township, he was a son of Gerritt and Anna Rieken Siebels. He attended the schools of Jones county, was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran church and served in World War I.

He was married to Maria Knake Oct. 19, 1922 in Castle Grove. They lived in Wayne township until five years ago when they moved to Fairview township.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Maria Siebels; two daughters, Mrs. Keith (Elnora) Ehlers and Mrs. Pauline Melsha both of Cedar Rapids; five grandchildren; four brothers, William, J. Henry and Rhinehard, all of Monticello and George of Amber, one sister Mrs. Ben Wroblewski, Center City

Pallbearers will be Marvin Siebels, Verne Siebels, John Siebels, Allen Siebels, LeRoy Siebels and Maynard Siebels.
