CASCADE - Funeral service for Leo Skahill, 66, was held Monday, Feb. 9, at St. Martin's Catholic church in Cascade with burial in Calvary cemetery.

Mr. Skahill was a member of the board of directors of the Maquoketa Valley Rural Electric Cooperative of Anamosa.

Mr. Skahill died unexpectedly of a heart attack. Surviving are his wife and five childrfen.

Representing the REA at the funeral were Chris Stokesbury, Dubuque; Ralph Childs, Manchester; Joe Byrne, Peosta; G. J. Armstrong, Martelle; and Edgar D. Beach, manager and A. Parke Ogden, secretary, both of Anamosa.
