WYOMING - Word has been received here of the death at Cedar Rapids Saturday morning of Alex Parissis Rizos, 52, former local resident and a native of Greece, following a lingering illness.

Mr. Rizos was born in Larisa, Greece on July 20, 1894 and had resided here 20 years prior to moving to Cedar Rapids a year ago.

Surviving in addition to his wife, Florence, are two daughters, Joan and Julia Rizos, and a son, John Rizos, all of Cedar Rapids; and a brother, Mike Rizos, of Mobile, Ala.

Services were conducted in the Turner chapel at 1:30 p.m. last Monday by the Rev. F. A. Munneke, pastor of Daniels Park Presbyterian Church. Burial was in Linwood cemetery.
