WYOMING - Funeral service for Henry C. Griswold, 87, who died Wednesday, Feb. 2, was held from the Harrington Funeral home last Friday afternoon with the Rev. J. H. Blakemore in charge.

Mr. Griswold was born and reared at Lamotte. On Jan. 14, 1888, he was married to Jessie Frost and the home established on a farm near Lamotte. Following a year in California, they moved to Wyoming in 1909 and lived on the farm they purchased west of Wyoming, now occupied by their son, Ray. In 1924, they moved to Wyoming. He was a member of the Presbyterian church, where he served as an elder for many years.

Surviving are his wife and three children: Ray, Wyoming; Edith, an instructor in the San Bernardino, Calif., schools and Wayne, Mankato, Minn.; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
