STONE CITY - Funeral service for Mrs. Patrick Sampica, 79, who died Thursday, May 1, was held Saturday at 9:30 a.m. in St. Joseph's Catholic church, Stone City. Rev. Joseph Zacher officiated and burial was in Holy Cross cemetery, Anamosa.

Mrs. Sampica lived in the Stone City vicinity the last 50 years. She is survived by her husband and a sister in Boston, Mass.

McNamara Funeral home was in charge of the service.
