Terence Lewis Smith, month old son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Smith, died last Thursday in University hospital, Iowa City, after an illness of three days. He was born March 15 at Mercy hospital.

Funeral service was held Friday at Smykil Home for Funerals. Rev. Barney C. Crockett conducted the service. Burial was in Riverside cemetery.

Besides his parents, the infant is survived by two sisters, Eleanor and Tamara, and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. F. I. Smith, Edgewood and Mrs. Olive McCormick, Cedar Rapids.

Mr. Smith is employed as pharmacist at Edison drug store.
