AMBER - Bradley Keith Schurke, five-month-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Verdun Schurke, Amber, died Tuesday at Mercy hospital, Cedar Rapids, after a two weeks' illness.

Services were conducted Wednesday afternoon at the Smykil Home for Funerals, Anamosa, with Rev. Edgar E. Walker jr., officiating. Burial was in Oakwood cemetery, Monticello.

He was the Schurke's only child. The mother is the former Betty Emmert, Monticello.
