OLIN - Funeral service for Louis Streeter, 87, Minneapolis, Minn., former Jones county resident, was held Saturday afternoon in the Campbell funeral home here. Rev. W. T. Boston was in charge. Burial was in Olin cemetery.

Service for Mr. Streeter was held the day before in the House of Flowers funeral home, Minneapolis. Mr. Streeter died near his daughter's home in Minneapolis where he lived the last 30 years.

He was born June 3, 1859, in Pennsylvania. On Aug. 3, 1882, he was married to Mary Hammond, who died in 1924. For nearly 50 years he farmed in the Anamosa community.

He is survived by six children, Lawrence, Mrs. Lela Baldwin, Arthur, Louis and Ernest, Minneapolis, and Jake Streeter, Springville, and a sister in Portland, Ore. There are 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and one great grandchild.
