OXFORD JUNCTION - Last rites were held Tuesday, May 29, for Frank Stehlik, 67, in the English Lutheran church. He died near Scotch Grove Monday, where he had been living recently. Rev. Wilbur Altheide conducted the service. Hymns were sung by Mrs. Louis Ingwersen and Mrs. Otto Koranda accompanied at the piano by Mrs. Palmer Vaughn. Serving as pallbearers were: John Cloyd, Frank Mizaur, Henry Shimerda, Frank Ledvina, Vernon Carson, and Louis C. Petersen. Interment was in the Mayflower cemetery.

Frank Stehlik was born Nov. 30, 1879, in Oxford Junction. He had always made his home in this community where he did farm work. He never married, and is survived by one sister, Mrs. John Pavlista, Hurstville.
