CENTER JUNCTION - Mrs. James Mead, Mrs. Belle Dodsen and Mrs. Augusta Norris went to Cedar Rapids last Thursday to attend funeral service for Mrs. Florence Courtney Moncrief, 82, for many years a resident of Center Junction.

Her husband, R. J. Moncrief, died in 1939. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Gladys Carson and Mrs. Woodrow B. Burrell, both of Cedar Rapids; two sons, Robert H. Moncrief, Monticello, and Guy Williamson, Center Junction. She also leaves eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and a brother, James Courtney, Hollywood, Calif.

Service was conducted in the Brosh chapel, Cedar Rapids, and burial was made in the Pioneer cemetery near Center Junction.
