Funeral service for Fred J. Plamadore, 75, who died last Thursday afternoon at Mercy hospital, Anamosa, following a long illness, was held Saturday at the Loder Funeral home with the Rev. Homer E. Dalrymple, officiating minister. Burial was at the Cass cemetery.

Frederick Jeremiah Plamadore, son of Thomas and Ellen Plamadore, was born at Janesville, Wis., June 2, 1869. Early in life he came to Jones county and spent almost his entire life in and near Anamosa. He was a carpenter by trade. He was not married.

Surviving are one sister, Mrs. William O'Brian, Waterloo, and 14 neices and nephews.
