OXFORD JUNCTION - Funeral service for Harvey E. Dinkle, 65, was held Friday afternoon in the church at Massillon. The Rev. Wilbur Altheide of Oxford Junction conducted the service. Those serving as pallbearers were, Fay Emreson of Toronto, Neal Bright, Oxford Junction, Vernon Bright, Peter Skinner, Ward Skinner, Massillon and Ward Bright of Wheatland. Burial was in the Massillon cemetery.

Harvey Dinkle was born near Massillon May 18, 1880, and had lived his entire life in this community. He was found dead at his home north of Massillon by neighbors Tuesday evening, May 1. Coroner Andrew McCormick, Tipton, said death was due to a paralytic stroke.

He was united in marriage to Dorothy Grant, who survives, with two daughters, Mrs. Audrey Novak, Cedar Rapids; Mrs. Leah Tatak, Oxford Junction; one son, Claude, Ironwood, Mich.; four sisters, Mrs. Ambrose Jeffrey, Oxford Junction; Mrs. Hattie Emerson, Mrs. Anna Bright and Mrs. Frank Moulton, Massillon, and seven grandchildren.
