OLIN - Funeral service for Mrs. Charles Kline, 61, who died suddenly Saturday at her home near Olin, was held Tuesday at the United Brethren church.

Rev. Lloyd Dutro, Waterloo, and Rev. W. T. Boston, Olin, were the officiating pastors.

Mrs. Emma Clay and Mrs. Nellie Stivers sang at the service, accompanied on the piano by Mrs. Alma Stewart. Pallbearers were Delbert, Eldon, Leland, Kenneth, Arlo and Russell Fisher, all nephews of the deceased. Interment was made in the Olin cemetery.

Eva Kathleen Fisher, oldest daughter of Christian and Margaret Fisher, was born Jan. 26, 1883, near Deep River, Poweshiek county, Ia.

Feb. 18, 1903 she was married to Charles A. Kline, Mechanicsville. Couple made their home on a farm near Lisbon for one year then moved to Tipton. In 1907 they purchased the farm near Olin, where they have resided for the past 37 years.

In 1907 she united with the United Brethren church in Olin, and has been an active member of the church and Ladies' Aid society since that time.

Surviving are her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Mildred Lyon, Farragut, Idaho, and Mrs. Velma James, Olin; two grandchildren, Merlin Kay Lyon and Stewart Ray James; one great granddaughter, Karla Kay Lyon; one sister, Mts. Ella Mallitor; four brothers, William Fisher, Jessup; Otto and Edward Fisher, Mount Vernon; and John, Olin; one niece and 10 nephews, one of whom, Norman Mallitor, made his home with the Klines for several years.
