Funeral rites for James F. O'Rourke, 69, Castle Grove, who died last Monday at John McDonald hospital, Monticello, were held on Jan. 22 at the Immaculate Conception church. Rev. William Holub, Placid, celebrated the requiem mass assisted by Rev. J. J. Hennessey, pastor of the church.

Mr. O'Rourke was born Feb. 14, 1872, the son of Lawrence O'Rourke and Sarah Fitzgerald, both deceased.

He is survived by five sisters, Mrs. Milo Tuttle, Alice, Mamie, Monticello; Mrs. Marion Tallman, Anamosa; Mrs. Oliver Hardy, Phillip, S. Dak.; and five brothers, Ed, John, Louis and Will, all of Monticello, and Charles O'Rourke, Highmore, S. Dak.

Casket bearers were: John Hennessey, James Fleming, Edward Brady, James Waddick, Art Weber and Louis Leonard.
