WYOMING--Mrs. Bertha C. Jensen, 63, Wyoming, died Friday Nov. 15, at John McDonald hospital, Monticello, following a lingering illness. She had been a patient in the Johnson Rest home, Monticello, the last year.

Funeral services were held Monday, Nov. 19, at 10:30 a.m., at the Wyoming Methodist church. Rev. Kenneth Perinchief officiated at the services. Interment was in the Wyoming cemetery.

Pallbearers were John Carstensen, Herman Carstensen, John Carstensen, Carl Seehusen, Tom Jensen and Darrell Paulsen.

Mrs. Walter Sullivan was organist. Walter Sullivan was soloist.

She was born July 31, 1899, daughter of Peter and Frederika Carstensen Jansen, Wyoming. She attended the public school in Wyoming and had been a resident of Wyoming and Onslow communities her entire life.

Feb. 23, 1922, she was married to August Jensen, at Marion. Couple established their home on a farm near Wyoming where they lived for a few years before moving to her father's farm north of Onslow. They resided on her father's farm for a number of years before moving to Wyoming in 1938.

She is survived by many relatives.

She was preceded in death by her father in 1938; her mother in 1943, and her husband in 1945.
