OXFORD JUNCTION--Word was received here Sunday afternoon of the death of Mrs. James Pavlista, 46, Robertsdale, Ala., who was killed in an auto accident. Mr. and Mrs. Pavlista lived in Oxford Junction until five years ago when they moved to the south.

She was born Agnes Luke, in Oxford Junction, daughter of Vince and Mary Luke, and had always made her here until going to Alabama.

She is survived by her husband, four sons, Adolph, Maquoketa; PFC. Emil, Abilene, Texas; Pvt. Theodore, Swananoa, N.C., and Richard at home; two sisters, Mrs. Francis Propst, Monmouth, and Mrs. Christine Loftus, Denver, Colo; and one brother, James Luke, Lost Nation.

Burial will be at Robertsdale. Mrs. Emil Pavlista, Oxford Junction, left Monday afternoon to attend the funeral.
