WYOMING--Eddie Riches, 62, Wyoming, died Wednesday, Oct. 9, at the Rest home, Springville, following a lingering illness.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Oct. 12, at the Hayden Funeral home, Wyoming, at 1:30 p.m. Rev. Wayne Norris conducted the service. Interment was in the Wyoming cemetery. Graveside services were held by members of the I.O.O.F. lodge.

Pallbearers included Fred Nowachek, Jack Tasker, George McCalmant, Reggie Morse, Gene Young and Myron French.

He was born Oct. 30, 1900, son of Frank and Blanche Stupka Riches, near Hale. He was a lifetime resident of Jones county and was engaged in farming.

He was a member of the Wyoming Presbyterian church and the local chapter of the I.O.O.F. lodge.

Survivors include his mother; one sister, Fannie, Mrs. Fred Fritz, Wyoming; three brothers, Joe and John, Wyoming; and Frank, Onslow.

He was preceded in death by his father, one sister and two brothers.
