ONSLOW--Funeral service was held at Moline, Ill., last Saturday afternoon for C. A. Rowe who died Wednesday, Aug. 11, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Joseph Helfrich.

Mr. Rowe was employed as station agent and telegraph operator for the Northwestern railroad at Onslow for more than 40 years before his retirement seven years ago. Mr. and Mrs. Rowe made their home in Onslow until two years, going to Moline to be near their children.

He is survived by his wife, a son, Frank, three daughters, Mrs. Paul Behrends and Mrs. Joseph ...Mrs. Verne Ryneerson, Onslow, and by two grandsons, Jack Helfrich, Moline, and Donald Ryneerson, now serving in the Army.
