WYOMING--Funeral services for Charles E. Bottomstone, 75, who died last Tuesday evening in the home of his daughter, Mrs. Chris Eichhorn, two miles north of Wyoming, were held Thursday from the Harrington Funeral home in Wyoming.

Rev. E. G. Steinman, pastor of the Methodist church, officiated. Burial was in the Wyoming cemetery. Deceased was born in Pennsylvania but when he was only 18 months of age his parents, the late Mr. and Mrs. George W. Bottomstone moved to this community.

With the exception of a brief period after his marriage to Ila Smith when they lived at Hale, he has always resided in or near Wyoming. He was a farmer and was interested in purebred Belgian horses. Though retiring from the farm 35 years ago, he maintained his interest as a breeder of horses until a year ago. Because of failing health, he went to live at the home of his daughter last October.

Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Mame Eichhorn, one son Bert, Denver Colo.; two sisters, Mrs. George Lyons, Onslow and Mrs. Lillian Smith, Wichita, Kan., nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. A daughter, Mrs. Louise McDonald, Center Junction and a son Glen, preceded him in death.
