WYOMING--Funeral services for Mrs. Chris Anderson, 76, who died last Tuesday evening after a lingering illness were held Friday at 2 p.m. from the Presbyterian church with the Rev. Robert Allen in charge.

Minnie Dean, the daughter of Florence and Albert Dean, was born at Gridley, Ill., Sept. 29, 1867. She was reared in Grand Junction, Iowa, coming to the Wyoming vicinity when a young woman. After her marriage to Christian Anderson on Sept. 29, 1887, the home was made on a farm west of Wyoming until 1914. The home was then in Rock Island until 1930 and since then in Wyoming.

She was a member of the Presbyterian church and its organizations, Royal Neighbor and Rebekah lodges and Priscilla club.

Survivors are her husband, six children: Ernest Anderson of Anamosa; Albert Anderson of Davenport; Corwin Anderson of Moline, Ill.; Mrs. Inah Newell of Wyoming; Mrs. Clara Hamilton of Maquoketa; Mrs. Edna Rothweiler of East Moline, Ill.; 21 grandchildren and three great grandchildren; two brothers, Albert Dean of Hale, Harrison Davis of Mason City and two sisters, Mrs. William Wilkens of Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. Conrad Wendell of Cedar Rapids. Three children preceded her in death.
