OLIN--Final rites for William Guy Smith, 65, were held Saturday, April 24, at United Brethren church, conducted by Rev. W. T. Boston.

Mr. Smith died April 22 after spending most of his life in Jones and Appanoose counties, excepting 12 years, 11 years of which were in Minnesota.

On June 14, 1920 he married Mrs. Edna Carl at Marion. Surviving besides his wife are Mrs. Ruby Holub and Mrs. Frances Allen, Wyoming; Mrs. Irma Smith, Chicago, and Melvin Carl, Anamosa.

Casket bearers were Mert Miller, Gene Young, Norris Luckstead, James Kramer, Joseph Clay and Eldon Hotz.

Burial was made at Four Horn cemetery, Center Junction.
