Mrs. Henry Eilers, 72, lifelong resident of Monticello, died Tuesday at the home of her son, Grant Eilers, Anamosa, after an illness of several months.

Funeral services are being held Thursday afternoon at the Monticello Congregational church with Rev. H. E. Dalrymple, Anamosa, officiating. Burial was in Oakwood cemetery.

Mrs. Eilers is survived by the following children: Mr. Eilers, Anamosa; Mrs. A. E. Hansen and Mrs. Louis Heiken, Lovell township; Paul Eilers, Langworthy; Herman Eilers, Cedar Rapids; Irvin Eilers, Center Junction and Mrs. Lou King, Lamont. Her husband preceded her in death in May 1940.
