Robert McCormick, 21, of Olin was killed Friday in a car-truck crash at a county road intersection about 6 miles northeast of Anamosa.

McCormick was alone in a car that collided with a truck driven by William J. Pieper, 38, of Weaver.

Pieper and 2 of his sons, Joseph, 8, and Michael, 7, were treated at a Monticello hospital and released.

Another son, William, Jr., 4, is in fair condition.
