Funeral services were held for Lydia Pegorek, 85, at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 11 at the Hayden Funeral Home, Oxford Junction. The Rev. Kenneth Hamman officiated. Burial was at Mayflower Cemetery.

Miss Pegorek died Friday May 8 at the Elkader Care Center where she was a resident. She was born August 1, 1895 to George and Katherine Dozard Pegorek.

Preceding her in death were her parents and four brothers.
