Services for Harry E. Stingley, 93, were held February 17 at the Presbyterian Church, Center Junction, with burial in Scotch Grove Cemetery. The Rev. W. Willis Longer officiated at the services.

Mr. Stingley died February 15 at John McDonald Hospital, Monticello, following a short illness.

He was born in Center Junction February 9, 1888, where he received his early education.

He was employed for many years by the Milwaukee Railroad. He was a resident of Monticello for the past six years.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Maureen Dirks of Monticello and Mrs. Holvee Manley of Preston; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel; his parents; and a son, Jack.

Casketbearers were his grandsons. A memorial fund has been established.
