Mrs. Leo (Viola Mary) Supple, Onslow, died Sunday, January 18, 1981 at John McDonald Hospital, Monticello.

Services were held Tuesday, Jan. 20 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Peter's Church, Temple Hill. Rev. John Kramer officiated at the service with burial in the church cemetery.

Casketbearers were Tim, Jim and Mike Callahan, Terry and Gary Widel and Dan Conner, all grandsons of the deceased.

She was born at Cascade, October 18, 1913, daughter of Hugh and Mary (Finn) Duffy. She was married to Leo Supple in St. Peter's Church at Temple Hill, May 14, 1935. She was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society and the Cascade Senior Citizens, also the Onslow Golden Age.

She is survived by her husband, Leo, and two sons, John, Cascade; and Donald, Wyoming; three daughters, Mrs. Roger (Mary) Callahan, Colfax, Iowa; Mrs. Francis (Loretta) Conner, Lisbon, Iowa; and Mrs. Kenneth (Alice) Widel, Monmouth; sixteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Also two sisters, Peggy Duffy, Maquoketa and Mrs. Lawrence (Florence) Caraway, Libertyville, Illinois; two brothers, Orville Duffy, Cedar Rapids and John Duffy, Monticello.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
