Carl Johnson, 77, passed away April 18 at Anamosa Community Hospital. Born at Amber, June 13, 1902 son of John and Tena Ranken Johnson. Attended rural schools near Onslow. Later farmed near there until retiring in Onslow. He is survived by one sister Mrs. Henry (Anna) Kammerman, Monticello, six nieces, and two nephews. Preceded by parents, three sisters and three brothers.

Services were held Monday, April 21, 10:00 a.m. at Hayden Funeral Home, burial in Wyoming Cemetery. Pallbearers, Avert Kiburz, Earl Husman, LeRoy Peterson and William Catlett.
