Funeral services were held for Mrs. Marvin (Grace) Petersen, 67 of Oxford Junction at 1:30 on Monday, March 17 at Hayden's Funeral Home. Burial was at Mayflower Cemetery. Officiating clergyman was the Rev. Ramon Booth of First Assembly of God Church, Cedar Rapids.

Pallbearers were Floyd Hodgden, Danny Slouha, Robert Eads, Hans H. Petersen, Donald Slouha and Junior Koranda.

Mrs. Petersen died at her home early Friday morning, March 14.

She was born March 9, 1913 in Wyoming Township, the daughter of Joe and Emma Kostechek Dolezal.

On August 29, 1933 she was married to Marvin Petersen in Cedar Rapids. They farmed north of Oxford Junction, until moving to town in 1969.

Survivors are her husband and her mother, both of Oxford Junction. Preceding her in death were her father and an infant brother.
