Mrs. Dora Hartman, Waterloo, Iowa, mother of Walter Hartman and Mrs. Louis Nielsen and sister-in-law of Mrs. Ella Hansen, passed away on February 1st. Mrs. Hartman came to Jones County, Iowa, from Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, with her parents when she was 10 years old. She was confirmed at St. John's Lutheran Church in Olin, Iowa, in1907. She and Bahne Hartman were married at his parents home north of Olin.

Mr. and Mrs. Walter Hartman and Mr. and Mrs. Louis Nielsen attended the funeral of Mrs. Dora Hartman at Waterloo, Iowa, on February 4. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Buchholtz also attended the funeral service.
