Leo Weseman, 67, who farmed near Olin for many years, died Thursday, December 13, at his farm home near Lisbon, following a heart attack.
Born May 15, 1912, near Martelle in Jones County, he was married to Donna Fairley May 22, 1968, at Rock Island, IL. He farmed most of his life near Martelle and Olin. He moved to Lisbon in 1975. He was a member of United Methodist Church, Olin.
Surviving in addition to his wife are three daughters, Janice Kulper, Pueblo West, Colo., Patricia Orr of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Kathy Thompson of Fairfield; a son, Bill of Marion; two sisters, Mrs. Carolyn Wolfe of Mount Vernon and Stella Holcomb of Oelwein; a brother, Henry of Olin; three step-children, Terry Fall of Livingston, Mont., Vicki Von Behren of Olin, and Jim Fall of Camden, Ala.; six grandchildren and six step-grandchildren.
