Funeral services were held at 10:30 Monday, October 22, for Earl Coker, 77, of Oxford Junction at the Hayden Funeral Home. Burial was at Mayflower Cemetery. The Rev. Kenneth Hamann officiated at the services. Masonic services were held at the funeral home on Sunday evening.

Mr. Coker died Thursday, October 18.

He was employed by Iowa Electric Light and Power Company for many years and operated an electrical repair shop following his retirement.

He was a member of Zealous Lodge, AF & AM.

Survivors are one son and one daughter; one sister, Mrs. Mildred Cram of Maquoketa and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers and one sister.

Pallbearers were John DeLong, Otto Koranda, Richard Wink, Fred Benhart, Ronald Hansen and Charles Wiedenhoff.
