Funeral services were held for Mrs. Frank (Rose) Henak, 84 of Oxford Junction at 10:30 on Wednesday, October 3, at the United Methodist Church. Burial was at Mayflower Cemetery. The Rev. Kenneth Hamann officiated at the services. Hayden's Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements and services by the Royal Neighbors were conducted there Tuesday evening.

Mrs. Henak died Sunday evening, September 30, at the Jackson County Public Hospital, Maquoketa.

She was born March 17, 1895 near Oxford Junction, the daughter of Joseph and Katherine Kropik. On February 18, 1915 she was married to Frank Henak in Oxford Junction. She lived all of her life in the Oxford Junction area.

She was a 50 year member of the Royal Neighbors.

Survivors are one son, Elmer, of Oxford Junction and one grandson.

In addition to her husband, those preceding her in death were her parents, two brothers and two sisters.
