WYOMING--Laura A. Smith, 85, Wyoming, died Friday, Feb. 10, at Monticello.

Funeral services were held Monday, Feb. 13, at 1:30 p.m., at the Wallace Funeral home, Wyoming. Rev. Wayne Norris officiated at the service. Interment was in the Wyoming cemetery.

Pallbearers were John Bender, Charles Bender, Roy Wright, Ray Wright, John R. Wright and Leamon Scott.

Walter Sullivan was soloist and was accompanied by Mrs. Walter Sullivan, organist.

Miss Smith was born July 22, 1875, on a farm near Onslow. She resided in the Onslow community and spent four years at Clinton before coming to Wyoming.

She attended the Onslow school and was a member of the Onslow Presbyterian church, where she was active in the Women's Guild.

Survivors include one brother, John Smith, Wyoming, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and three sisters.
