Orlie Francis Urban, 83, died June 16th, at Jackson County Public Hospital.

Services were held at the Hayden Funeral Home in Wyoming on Saturday, June 19th. The Rev. Charles Johnson of the Presbyterian church officiated. Burial was in the Wyoming Cemetery. Military was by the Wyoming American Legion Post 259.

Mr. Urban was born in Madison Township June 13th, 1893. He was the son of Frank and Emma Matejka Urban. He married Mamie Johnson December 1, 1924. Mr. Urban farmed in Madison Township until moving to Wyoming in 1965.

He was a member of the American Legion and served in World War I from 1917 to 1920.

He is survived by one son, Lavern, Greenfield, Wisc.; two sisters, Mrs. Lillian Norris and Mrs. Dora Rathje of Wyoming; a nephew and two nieces.

He was preceded in death by his wife in 1970, his parents and three brothers.

Pallbearers were: Richard Brownell, Malvin Martensen, Paul Dietiker, Henry Knake, Donald Carstensen and John Wurst.
