Thomas G. Murray, 72, Oxford Junction, died June 10th at Jackson Co. Hospital.

The funeral was held Saturday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Oxford Jct., with the Rev. R. J. Sigwarth officiating. Burial was in the Mayflower Cemetery.

Mr. Murray was born Dec. 10, 1903, in Hale Township to Michael and Catherine Mulvihill Murray. He married Emily Herrig Sept. 6, 1937. The couple farmed in the Lost Nation and Oxford Jct. area before retiring to Oxford Jct. in 1966.

Survivors include his wife; a son, James, Oxford Jct.; two daughters, Mrs. Delbert (Carol) Hodgden, Oxford Jct.; Mrs. David (Pat) Belew, Arlington, Texas; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a sister and two brothers.
