Susan Wieneke, 90, Oxford Junction, died Tuesday June 8th, at the Anamosa Care Center.

The funeral was held Friday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Oxford Jct., with the Rev. R. J. Sigwarth officiating. Burial was in Mayflower Cemetery, Oxford Jct.

Mrs. Wieneke was born July 27, 1885, in Tyndall, S.D., to John and Mary Gukeisen Loesal. She married Henry Wieneke June 18, 1902 in Dubuque. They lived in South Dakota and Oregon before moving to Oxford Junction, in 1908 and operated a jewelry store.

Survivors include two daughters: Mrs. Lorenz (Susan) Lorenzen, Anamosa; and Mrs. Leland (Ethel) Barnhart, Oxford Jct.; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Kay Conard, Portland, Ore.

She was preceded in death by her husband and two half sisters.
