Harold Luke, 67, passed away at his home on Tuesday, March 9.

He was born in Wyoming on May 8, 1908, the son of Joseph and Augusta Schmidt Luke.

He attended school at Wyoming, and he worked in and around Wyoming all his life.

He married Anna Dose on April 28, 1940, at Maquoketa.

He is survived by his wife Anna, and a foster daughter, Mrs. Richard (Virginia) Pace, and three grandchildren.

He was preceeded in death by his parents and two sisters.

Funeral services were held on Friday, March 12 at the funeral home. Rev. Loren Simpson officiated. Pall bearers were George Buresh, Duane Buresh, Donald Slouha, Donald Wright, Joseph Cathy, and Arthur Ehlers. Burial was in the Wyoming cemetery.
