Olin, Iowa, Aug. 15--The funeral of Earl E. Emerson which was held in the grove near the house Sunday, August 6 was one of the largest ever held in this part of the country. There were about 140 autos and the procession to the cemetery was more than a mile long. The services were conducted by the Rev. C. C. Hobson and S. V. Williams and the Woodmen had charge at the cemetery.
