Services for Frances A Bahnsen, 78, were held at the Hayden Funeral Home in Wyoming on Friday, Nov 19, at 1:30 pm The Rev Kenneth Hamann officiated with Luella Bahnsen as organist

Frances Bahnsen, formerly of Oxford Junction, most recently of Apache Jct, Ariz., passed away Nov 15 at Mesa, Ariz.

She was born Nov 12, 1904, at Little Falls, Minn, the daughter of Oliver and Martha Sackett Anderson she was educated in Wyoming schools and on Jan 27, 1925, she married Soloman Bahnsen in Anamosa. The two farmed until moving to Oxford Junction in 1953, but thereafter still took an active interest in farming for many years

Survivors include one daughter, Marion Romer, Apache Jct, Ariz.; one son, Wayne Center Junction, one sister, Mrs Lillian Von Sprecken, Hawthorne Calif; two brothers, Charles Anderson, Moline, Ill, and Floyd Anderson, Milan, Ill.; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two daughters, two great-grandchildren, four sisters, and two brothers
Pallbearers were Richard Bahnsen, John Bahnsen, Jay Bahnsen, Eugene Bahnsen, Raymond Benning and Donald Anderson.
