2 December 1943 - The Clarence Sun

Henry M. Hansen, 34, of near Wyoming, who, with Raymond C. Dennison, 44, and Charles F. Riches, 30, of the same vicinity, were killed on Tuesday afternoon by the Milwaukee's west bound streamliner near Lost Nation, formerly worked here for Henry Pruess. Hansen had shipped cattle and was being taken by the other men to Delmar, where he could board the east bound streamliner. They had stopped on approaching the crossing and then attempted to cross, and were caught.

Hansen and his wife and two step-children lived on a farm three miles northwest of Wyoming. Dennison, who was manager of the Wyoming Shipping Association, is survived by his wife, two sons and a daughter. Riches lived with his mother.
