Summerhays in Tiffin/Johnson Co.

John & Maryann (Summerhays) Larcombe are found in the July, 1860 Federal Census where John was a Tiffin farmer. The Larcombes and Summerhays came from Dorset, England, about 1849, to CA, then are found in the 1860 census in IA. Tiffin at this time was well-represented by many Summerhays, and Iowa to this day has many, altho when I last inquired of many of them 30? yr ago, none could tell me anything whatsoever.
From IA the Larcombes departed for CA again, then to Reno, where they operated a general merchandise store.
I would sure like to hear from any long lost cousins, and I am sure they are legion in IA.
