Your Ann and Joseph DUBAL are both listed on Ancestry.com as being buried in the Oakland Cemetery in Iowa City, Iowa. You should be able to get death certificates by writing the Iowa Bureau of Vital Statistics in Des Moines. There web address is http://www.vitalrec.com/ia.html#State

The Iowa Historical Society in Iowa City and Des Moines have marriage records on microfilm. But not before 1880. Someone could check those for you if they are making a trip anyway. Good luck to you!
