Franciene Lee Schwartz, 63 of Burlington, Iowa died Thursday, September 14, 2005 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

A Graveside service will be held 3:00pm on Friday, September 16, 2005 at The Burlington Jewish Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to American Cancer Society.

Francience was born May 22, 1942 in Osceola Mills, Pennsylvania the daughter of Stephen and Mary (Adams) Soltys. On October 7, 1966 she married Melvin Schwartz.

She is survived by her husband, Melvin of Burlington, IA; two children; Dr. Jason Schwartz of Salt Lake City, Utah, Adam Schwartz of Houston, Texas; two grandchildren, Aidan and Devlan Schwartz. She is also survived by her brothers; Michael Soltys of Wickliffe, Kentucky, Johnny Soltys of Houtzdale, Pennsylvania, Steve Soltys of Phillipsburg, Pennsylvania and by Betty Ann Sakosky Osceola Mills, Pennsylvania.

She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Joseph and one sister, Mary.
