DIES LAST WEEK

Mrs. Louise Williams, widow of Dr. J. J. Williams of Wayne, Neb., an alumnus of the college of medicine, S. U. I. 1880, died in a Sioux City hospital, despite an operation, during the last week. She was 65. She was formerly Louise Pickering, and her parents were the late Mr. and Mrs. George Pickering, of Iowa City. An adopted son survives. Her nephew, Arthur Pickering, of Iowa City, and his children, Barbara and John, and her other nephew, George, and his wife have gone to Wayne, to attend the funeral. Friends here will mourn deeply the death of this good woman.
