Dr. Barrett was called to Sharon township Friday, to attend the funeral services of Mrs. Nancy Jane Hall Edgar, at the Sharon M. E. church. A large company of her sorrowing friends filled the church, and followed her remains to their last resting place in the cemetery near the church. Mrs. Edgar was born in Hebron, New York, Nov. 26, 1836, came to Iowa in 1867; was married Jan. 1868, and died May 8th, 1889, at her brothers, G. R. Hall.
