Karl Winborn Dies Suddenly

WILLIAMSBURG - Karl Winborn, 34, died suddnely at his home here early Sunday.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Williamsburg Presbyterian church.
He was born July 6, 1928, in Sharon township, Johnson county, a son of Mr. and Mrs. L. A. Winborn. He attended elementary and high schools at Williamsburg and was graduated from the University of Iowa in 1950.
Mr. Winborn was married to Solveit Waugen of Des Moines September 11, 1949. He served in the air force as a second lieutenant after his graduation from S.U.I. and was stationed in Iceland for a year.
Survivors include his widow, three sons, Erick, 12, Jeffrey, 9, and Dwight, 7. Also surviving are his parents, now of Williamsburg, and an uncle, John T. Winborn of Iowa City.
