Clarence Hollingsworth, 59, passed away early Monday morning at the Woodman sanitarium at Woodman, Colo.

Mr. Hollingsworth resided at 618 East Burlington street Iowa City until last February when he went to Colorado. He had been a resident of Iowa City for about ten years and was employed at Strub's.

Surviving him are the widow, Mrs. Maude C. Hollingsworth of Downey, a daughter, Mrs. Neil McCoy of Northampton, Mass., a son, George C., of Iowa City; his mother, Mrs. A. W. Hollingsworth and a sister, Mrs. Leona Chase, both of Los Angeles, Calif., and other relatives.

Funeral services were held at the Baptist church at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon with Rev. Elmer E. Dierks in charge. Burial was in the Downey cemetery.
